Effective October 10, 2026. Certified is a professional collaboration service operated by Area Code Agency for invited customers and verified team members.

Accounts and access

Use an accurate identity and protect your password. Do not share invitation links publicly, impersonate others, or attempt to access another workspace. Company email registration requires verification and grants a team role, not administrator privileges.

Your work

You retain ownership of your content. You authorize us to store and display it only as needed to provide Certified and enforce these rules. Upload only material you have permission to share. Availability in the Network is your choice and is not a promise of employment.

Safety

Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual abuse material, fraud, spam, and unlawful content are prohibited. Use Report on a message or profile to notify administrators, and Block to stop direct contact and hide that member’s content. Reports are reviewed by the workspace administrator. Violations may result in content removal or suspended access.

Control over your information

See the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account from settings. Notifications are optional and the app remains usable without them.
